Smokey is a gentle soul who is still learning that people can be kind. Having spent much of his life as a stray with limited human interaction, this shy boy needs patience, understanding, and a calm home where he can feel safe. He has started making strides toward accepting affection from people, but heโs still a little hesitant and will need someone willing to let him build trust at his own pace. Smokey may not be ready to be your best friend on day one, but every little step forward is something worth celebrating! ๐
While Smokey is still figuring out humans, he already knows he loves other cats โ especially kittens! Having feline friends around seems to be right up his alley, and he would do best in a home with other cats to keep him company. We arenโt sure how he would do with dogs, so slow introductions would be recommended.
Smokey is looking for someone who understands that trust takes time and that the best relationships are worth waiting for.
